TEAM BUILDING OTA have designed activities which facilitate teambuilding through fun and competition. We have experienced instructors who will introduce games designed to improve teamwork and communication in a safe environment. Archery fits in well on its own or combined with other activities (see below). |

| Qualified instructors (dressed in costume or your colours) give personal tuition at first with targets approximately 12 yards away. The participants are then ready to shoot as a team competitively and afterwards for bonus points and fun at 'splitting the wand', 'popinjay', 'joust', 'roving' or 'clout' if space permits. | |

Target Archery OTA has a choice of 2 types of bow, all made especially for novices: 1. Modern Olympic style with sights and easy to pull. 2. Traditional English Long-bows with wooden arrows and feathers. Ideal for themed events i.e. Medieval, Victorian or Wild West. |

Traditional Longbows Can your team handle 'Back to Basics', wooden bows, feathered arrows and no sights. |

Clout Compete as opposing forces in this long distance medieval discipline, recreate the 'rain' of arrows that put the fear in to medieval enemies. The targets are on the ground rather than on stands and the arrows are lofted high to obtain the maximum distance available. |

Splitting the Wand Respond as a group and achieve the seemingly impossible. |

PopInJay Work as a team to divide the targets, optimise your resources and skills to score the highest points. |

Roving Rove around the grounds using blunt arrows, called "flu flu's". Use team tactics to hit the moving target, whether it is moving across the ground or in flight. |

Scales of Justice Hit the sacks, the fate of your team hangs in the balance. |

Archery Golf Learn to shoot 3-4 holes on a private golf course. Drop a shot if your arrow lands in a bunker, in the rough or up a tree! |

Animal Rescue Work as a team to transport crates of rescued animals across the river by means of ropes and pulleys. A test of communication and response skills, it's more difficult than it looks. |

Jungle Trek Navigate the safest route through the jungle, co-operation and memory required. This team made it ! |

Blind 4x4 Driving As small groups test your communication skills in a real time environment, learn the art of quick reactions and build trust within the group. Who would you blindly trust ? |
